I had an amazing experience with Nation Wide Flooring. The customer service was top-notch, and the customer service exceeded normal expectations. We had an issue with some of the flooring traced back to quality control at the manufacturing company. Nick negotiated and provided detailed information about the issue, resulting in a reasonable settlement. We have been shopping for flooring, visiting several floor stores in this are, and after finding Nation Wide flooring finally found the flooring and price that was in our range, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality floor and tile products and excellent service.”

This review might be a little long. I apologize ahead of time. I started working with Nationwide well over a year ago. I own a memory care facility in the southern part of the state. I had gone to several flooring companies and decided to go to Nationwide to just see if I could find carpet that would work with the residents we serve. My thought was to then order from a local supplier in Madison. However the customer service I received from Nationwide had me want to work with no other company. Becca was incredible and very patient with me. Since I work with those with dementia, I had to be very selective with durability, pattern, and color. I would go in every few months, choose samples, take them home, ponder, only to return them to her and say, "I don't think this will work." Since it was a HUGE financial investment, I was so afraid of choosing the wrong color/patterns. Over the course of a year, Becca welcomed me with a smile everytime and encouraged me to take my time. She ordered sample after sample for me. I knew I had to work with them the final time I went in to choose carpet. I walked in and Becca told me she had done some research on dementia and found that if you wear yellow tinted glasses the patterns jump out at you. This prevented me from picking to distracting patterns. She went way over and above to help me. The installers they use have been absolutely incredible and treat our residents with such respect and kindness. They understand their situation and made the install as painless as possible for all involved. I am so appreciative for this company and the kindness, patience, and understanding they have showed us while we searched for just the right flooring. The owners and Kelly at the front desk were always so helpful and kind. So much gratefulness for this crew. Thank you!

The staff at Nationwide are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! They have gone above and beyond helping me out. Eveytime I leave that store is with a smile on my face knowing the job will be done correctly and well within budget. The contractors I've had the pleasure of working with there, are some of the best individuals you could ask for when it comes to workmanship, experience, and ethics. I would highly recommend Nationwide flooring to anyone.

We were referred to Nationwide by a friend during the construction of our home. Anyone who builds knows you have 1,000 decisions to make, but Nick made the flooring selection process pleasant AND easy. We were grateful for his professionalism and years of experience. When we changed from having Nationwide install the LVT to my husband wanting to do it himself, Nick was not offended at all and offered great advice. The team he sent for the tile install of our bathroom floors and walk in shower were excellent as well, even working through the weekend as we had a tight move in deadline. It looks fabulous.
